I just want to say I contact Claire to help me with a surprise for a friend. This particular surprise was very difficult as my friend is allergic to many metals except for gold. Claire not only was willing to give me some ideas, she actually took the time to design a new piece just for my friend! She was wonderful to work with, very insightful, yet not pushy, let the decision be mine. When it come to designs, I don't know how; but she managed to draw up several designs and send them to me to choose from in a matter of a day or two and stayed within my set budget! This is a wonderful place to work with and the designs, the detail, absolutely the best! Not only did I get a beautiful piece for my friend and in time for Christmas, but I told my husband, who in turn ordered 2 pieces that I mentioned to him I had seen on the Brightstar109 site, and I must say.......PERFECT! Even more beautiful in person than the pictures could ever show on the site! I highly recommend to any women or man who loves jewelery to check out Brightstar109!
