Shipping  

UK orders will be sent by Special Delivery if the item is over £50 or standard First Class if the item is under £50.   International Items under £50 will be sent first class airmail unless an upgrade is requested which will be calculated on request eg. Airsure which is express and tracked can cost approximately £6.50 extra depending on the size of the package.   Overseas orders over £50 will be sent by Airsure which is tracked but not signed for. We have noticed it takes significantly longer for International Signed For Airmail to arrive but if you would prefer to have the parcel signed for please contact us on checkout.  

Items will be shipped as quickly as possible, usually within one to two days after payment is received.   My jewellery is sent very securely packaged, it is important to me that your purchase reaches you in the condition it left me.  I will always get a certificate of posting and although we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged though no fault of my own in the post, I am always happy to discuss any problems in order to reach an acceptable outcome for both parties.   Insurance and/or an upgrade in shipping is available at extra cost on request. If you require full cover, please contact me to arrange for this.      

Returns

I will always endeavour to make sure that my photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible and my work is very securely and carefully constructed. In the event that you are not completely delighted with your purchase I would request that you return your jewellery in the condition it arrived with you, unworn. On receipt of the returned items I will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs.   If the item you have purchased arrives damaged or broken or in the unusual event that in the course of normal wear it breaks please contact me first to discuss how I may best assist you in the return or replacement process.   I apologise that I cannot offer refunds on earrings for health and hygeine reasons.   Please bear in mind that most of my work is one of a kind and very difficult if not impossible to exactly re-create.
