Jo’s Silver Phoenix Pendant With Yellow Sapphire

This is a very special pendant, released to memorialise the art work of my late son and raise funds for the charities, Papyrus and Young Minds. At least  50% of the purchase price will be divided between these two charities.

I made this pendant to a design Jo made for a friend's tattoo. As far as I know it was never used but it makes such a beautiful pendant. The Phoenix design was resized and hand cut from two layers of sterling silver, the bail where the hand finished chain threads through has been set with a fiery oval in yellow sapphire. The pendant has been darkened to show the details and finished to a high shine.

The chain measures approx 17inches with a 2 inch extension. It fastens with a small lobster clasp.

The pendant is marked with my makers mark on the back.
